  2. It’s important to make sure the email you input when ordering is correct.
  3. We will send the receipt/tracking number the day (D+1) after the item is successfully shipped. If you’re not getting the number in your inbox, please check the spam/promotions email tab.
  4. We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.
  5. If you place an order the day before our off day after 13.30 WIB, we will ship it on the next working day.

  1. Mandatory to include a photo of the purchase receipt.
  2. The hangtag and label must be intact and not detached.
  3. Include the email address, complete address, and phone number in the package completely to avoid misdelivery and other issues.
  4. The customer must return the package and send it to the courier within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the item.
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the error is on the customer's part; conversely, if the error is on our part, the shipping costs will be fully borne by us.
