• Mandatory to include a photo of the purchase receipt.
• The hangtag and label must be intact and not detached.
• Include the email address, complete address, and phone number in the package completely to avoid misdelivery and other issues.
• The customer must return the package and send it to the courier within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the item.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the error is on the customer’s part; conversely, if the error is on our part, the shipping costs will be fully borne by us.
